Christian's first year of T-Ball
I see great things in baseball. It's our game - the American game. It will take our people out-of-doors, fill them with oxygen, give them a larger physical stoicism. Tend to relieve us from being a nervous, dyspeptic set. Repair these losses, and be a blessing to us.
I remember growing up playing baseball, and then softball. I can remember the handful of parents that took things entirely too seriously. None of those kids grew up to play professional baseball, so I'm not really sure what the point was. I've always known I would never make my kids play sports if they weren't interested, but I was delighted when Christian decided on his own to play. I knew that it would be so much more than just a fun game for him. I knew that him playing baseball would be fun for the entire family and a wonderful bonding experience. Below are the picture as proof. Enjoy!
